Advanced Multi-purpose Automatic Pharmaceutical Washer
The Pharmaceutical industry is witnessing an era of unparallel growth with the increased demand of the drug. As the majority of pharmaceutical processing is conducted in batch mode, the cleaning process becomes inevitable between the batches. Cleaning plays a critical role to maintain product quality and reduces the risk of batch failure. Effective cleaning ensures the components are free of dirt, particles or material from the previous batch and therefore avoids cross-contamination of the product.
One of the significant challenges with manual cleaning is a validation of the cleaning process, as the cleaning results vary from person to person and becomes person dependent activity. Nowadays, cleaning validation is as important as the production process validation. The stringent regulatory requirement and increasingly competitive market demand an efficient and regulatory complied cleaning process.
As a solution, Pharmalab, have developed a Multi-purpose Automatic Pharmaceutical Washer based on the latest advancement in washing technology. The aim is to support our customer to improve the efficiency of their washing operation with validated results repeatedly. Pharmalab washer is designed to provide effective washing and drying for the wide range of components such as container, vessels, glassware, tablet compression tools and other parts used in Pharmaceutical processing. The number of validated cycles can be configured for various loads which enable a user to carry out the operation automatically with the touch of a button.
The equipment is designed considering both the operator and equipment safety.
The Pharmaceutical washer operates in batch mode for cleaning various components. The complete cycle of washing and drying runs automatically starting from pre-wash water circulation, detergent wash, several rinsing washes, WFI wash and finally drying.Provision of online conductivity and pH measurement guarantees complete removal of cleaning chemicals and detergent from the load.
The equipment is built with various features to comply with the cGMP requirement. Additionally, the system can be furnished as per 21CFR part 11 compliance.
